I have read and understand the attached information packet and agree to abide by the policies and procedure as listed in this packet.

I understand that the Township of Palmer has the right to cancel this rental contract should any violation of any of the listed policies and procedures occur.

By signing this agreement, the person(s) or organization(s) applying for use of the Palmer Community Center shall agree to obey all the state and federal laws and does not intend to use Township premises to commit unlawful acts.

In addition, I have retained a copy of this packet for my reference.
