Registration for Spring Soccer 2012 is now OPEN

Please follow the link below the instructions in order to register.

If you son or daughter is interested in playing soccer this spring,

please be sure to log on to our registration website and sign up (see link below).

Fees are $30 per child (two max/family; additional family members are free)

and registration will run from now until 3/15/12.

After 3/15 there will be a late fee of $10.

Registration will be completely closed on 3/27/12.

 

On Line Registration Instructions

On Line Registration is available, the steps are outlined below.  The process is simple and no credit card

information is required.  A check payable to PALMER TOWNSHIP is mailed to complete the payment process. 

By registering on line, your son or daughter is entered directly into our soccer registration database, which

expedites the registration process and reduces data entry errors.  We encourage all to enter via the

On-line Registration.

 

Starting in 2011, the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association (EPYSA) switched to a new registration system or database.  Accordingly, for those that didn’t play last fall, registration will appear much different than in years past.  Please follow the detailed instructions below: 

 

Step 1.  Log onto the registration websites:

This site is also accessible via the Charles Chrin Community Center website,(http://www.palmercommunitycenter.org), go to the ‘Athletic Association’ section, click on ‘Soccer’ and then click on the registration link.    

 

Step 2. Register with Existing Account (Family or Individual):

 

Step3. Create Family or Individual User Account:

A family account is required for all players under the age of thirteen (13), even if you’re only registering one child. If you do not wish to create a family account, please skip to the Individual User Account instructions below.   

 

Family Account Instructions:

Step 1.  Under the ‘New User’ section, click ‘Create Family Account’.  Fill in your information,

create a user name and password and click the ‘Register’ button.

 

Step 2.  You will be taken to you Family Account Home page. 

Near the bottom of this page click the ‘Add Player to Family’ link under the green Palmer box. 

 

Step 3.  On the next page, click the ‘Create New Player’ button and enter the information for each child

(information in the gray boxes is required).  Enter ‘Pennsylvania East’ in the State Registered dropdown box. 

Click the ‘Create Player Account’ to finish.

 

Step 4.  For the first player registered, click the ‘Emergency Contact Information’ link near the top of the page

and enter the emergency contact information for two people and any medical conditions and allergies your child may have. 

Physician information is optional, but please provide medical insurance provider name

(phone and policy numbers are not required). 

Hit the ‘Save’ button when finished.

 

Step 5.  Click the ‘Return to List’ button on the lower right side of the page to return to your ‘Family Members’ page.

  If you don’t see this button, click the ‘Player’ tab near the top left of the page,

which should take you back to the player registration information page,

where you should see the ‘Return to List’ button.   

 

Step 6.  Click the ‘Add Player to Family’ link to add more players

and repeat Steps 2-5 above for each additional player. 

 

Step 7.  Once all children are entered, you can now register by clicking the ‘Register Now’ button

under the Current Conditions section on the far right

(If you do not have the ‘Register Now’ option, try clicking the

‘home’ tab on the top left of the page to get the ‘Register Now’ option).

 

Step 8.  Enter the address, one parent phone number and one parent email address. 

Near the bottom of the page, please enter the information in the dropdown boxes

(uniform size, if your child played previously for Palmer soccer, etc.)  

Please be sure to click the checkbox next to the ‘Continue’ button when finished.

 

Step 9.  Review the Emergency Contact information,

which were previously entered in your

Family Account and click the ‘Continue’ button when finished. 

 

Step 10.   Select any volunteer positions you’d be willing to

help with or donations you’d like to make; neither is required.

  Click the ‘Continue’ button when finished with this section.

 

Step 11.  Review all information entered. 

Corrections can be made by clicking the ‘Go Back’ button.

  If all information is correct, enter your full name in the

‘Registration Agreement’ section and check the payment agreement box.

  When complete, click the ‘Finish & Submit Application’ button. 

 

Step 12.  Click the Family Account link on the lower left. 

Follow Steps 7-11 above to register additional family members.

 

Step 13.  Once all family members have been registered, your registration is complete. 

Click the Printable Registration Form link and print two copies;

one for your records and one to send along with your payment to the CCCC.

Make checks payable to PALMER TOWNSHIP.  CCCC's address is on the right hand portion of the page.  

 

 

 

Individual User Account Instructions:

Step 1.  Enter the requested information on the gotsoccer website,

create a user name and password and click the ‘Create Account’ button.

 

Step 2.  Enter the Player and Parent Information requested. 

Please be sure to click the checkbox next to the ‘Continue’ button. 

 

Step 3.  Enter Emergency Contact and medical conditions/allergies. 

For individual players, medical insurance provider information is required. 

Click the ‘Continue’ button when finished with this section. 

 

Step 4.  Select any volunteer information or donations; not required.

  Click the ‘Continue’ button when finished with this section.

 

Step 5.  Review all information entered.

  Corrections can be made by clicking the ‘Go Back’ button. 

If all information is correct, enter your full name in the

‘Registration Agreement’ section and check the payment agreement box. 

When complete, click the ‘Finish & Submit Application’ button. 

 

Step 6.  Your registration is complete.
