PLEASE BE SURE ALL INFORMATION IS FILLED IN PROPERLY ON REGISTRATION FORM!
Registration is $50 and ends MARCH 15th for all divisions except seniors. Seniors end date will be APRIL 15th. Late registrations are subject to an additional fee of $15. In addition, late registrants will be taken on a SPACE AVAILABLE BASIS.
First time participants must provide a birth certificate. Please bring birth certificate to The Charles Chrin Community Center. All participants must be Palmer Township residents.
Players are placed into the appropriate division based on their age as of March 31st of the current calendar year. Divisions and age groupings are as follows:
T-Ball Division (Age 6)
No evaluations are held, players are assigned to a team. This division includes girls who do not reach the age of seven(7) prior to April 1st of the current calendar year. Players will be contacted by their coach by the first week of April. This division most likely will be coed.
Coach Pitch Division (Ages 7&8)
No evaluations are held, players are assigned to a team. This division includes girls who do not reach the age of nine(9) prior to April 1st of the current calendar year. Players will be contacted by their coach by the first week of April.
Minor Division (Ages 9&10)
Mandatory evaluations for ALL players will be at Fairview Park
Saturday March 17th at 1:00pm. This division includes girls who do not reach the age of eleven(11) prior to April 1st of the current calendar year. Eight(8) yr olds who have completed two years of coach pitch may play in this division. Teams will be picked by the coaches after the evaluations.
Major Division (11&12)
Mandatory evaluations for ALL players will be at Fairview Park Saturday March 17th at 2:30pm. This division includes girls who do not reach the age of thirteen(13) prior to April 1st of the current calendar year. Teams will be picked by the coaches after the evaluations.
Junior Division (13 & 14)
Mandatory evaluations for ALL players will be at Fairview Park Saturday March 17th at 3:30pm. This division includes girls who reach the age of thirteen(13) before April 1st of the current calendar year. This division also includes girls who turn fifteen(15) between Jan. 1st and April 1st of the current year. Teams will be picked by the coaches after the evaluations.
Senior Division (15 to 19)
Evaluations for ALL players will be announced if necessary. This division includes girls who do not reach the age of twenty(20) prior to July 1st of the current calendar year. This division does not allow collegiate players at this time.
Palmer Home Run Derby Day will be Saturday June 16th at Palmer School
Those interested in coaching should leave contact information at the desk. Head coaches will be selected from this list. For all drafted leagues, each head coach may select one assistant prior to the draft. ALL coaches must submit to a background check through the AA. Please see the AA website at palmertwp.com
Players are required to provide their own gloves, shoes and socks.
