Community Room

This room is designed to be one large room or it can be divided into two smaller rooms.

Community Room A has the capacity of 50 people and is 27 feet x 33 feet. This room is carpeted and is designed for business meetings and presentations. It comes equipped with hard wired and wireless internet capability. There is also a large screen for video presentations, tv/vcr(additional charge), and wipe board.

Community Rm B seats up to 45 people and has the dimensions of 27 feet x 33 feet. This room is tiled and is also great for meetings and parties.

                        Entire Room:

                              Resident:            $90.00/hour

                              Non-Resident:   $110.00/hour

                        Community A:

                              Resident:           $45.00/hour

                              Non Resident:   $55.00/hour

                        Community B:

                              Resident:          $45.00/hour

                              Non Resident:  $55.00/hour

If you need to use the kitchen there will be an additional charge of $15/hour - of any type of usage of the kitchen facilities, which means refridgerator, freezer, ice machine, oven, stove, microwave, or sink facilities than there will be an additional charge of $10/hour. Under any other circumstances the kitchen will be locked and unable for usage. Advance notice and payment for the use of the kitchen is required.
