Cardio Hoop Class- Get ready to laugh, sweat and have some fun! Our beginners hoop course will boost your heart rate, strengthen and sculpt your abs, thighs, buttocks and arms. Pilates- A workout that integrates the latest core, balance and postural techniques for total body toning and sculpting. Includes a short aerobic warm-up and finishes with relaxing overall stretch. Beginner to Intermediate. Fit & Fabulous- A fast-paced and totally energizing mix of aerobics, yoga inspired moves, ballet standing moves, and pilates floorwork that will tone, shape and elongate the upper and lower body. Intermediate level Cardio Kickbox- An hour filled with a mix of cardio floor moves and punch-kick combinations. A full body workout for people of all abilities. Finish with a complete ab and flexibility workout. Step N Sculpt- A total body workout complete with fat-blasting cardio and muscle shaping body work. A combination of basic step combinations and toning moves utilizing free weights, stability balls, and resistance bands. Yoga & Pilates- Here is your chance to practice two of the most popular fitness classes in one! Yoga is a method of relaxation and centering that aims to calm the body and the soul. Pilates is a physical strengthening program used to develop long, lean bodies along with strength, flexibility & muscle tone. Spin- Want to burn 500 calories in just 40 minutes? Spinning is the most popular group fitness program in the country. And it's not just because spinning is the unmatched way to make your fitness goals a reality. With no complicated moves to learn, a motivating group environment, top-notch instructors and music that begs your legs to pedal, you'll find yourself having a blast while you ride your way to a leaner, stronger body! ****All Spin Class sign ups will be posted on Mondays by noon for the following week. Phone & in person sign ups allowed. Walk,Stretch & Tone- this class is a combination of walking, yoga stretching and weight training for all ages. This is a class that is especially great for seniors! Circuit Workout- this class is combination of interval training with weights and cardio. We will be using weights, jump ropes, steps, tubes, etc. Spin/Sculpt- This is a mix of spin and body sculpt, class is limited to first come first serve spin bikes, but any additional students will get a great body sculpt workout!

Fitness Class Pricing: All fitness classes in the above schedule will follow the following pricing options: FIT PASS- Allows you to take any fitness class offered at any time. FIT PASS - $60/unlimited classes per month FIT CARD - 10 classes for $50.00 - savings of $30.00 Attend any class at any time! Purchase your card online. All cards are kept at the front desk and will be punched for every class attended. Purchase as many cards as you like. All Classes start September 8, 2008. or if you are looking to just try a class or do not want to commit to numerous classes you can just drop in for $8.00 per class! |
