The following classes are separate from the CCCC’s regular Yoga classes and are currently temporary. Our Fit Pass will NOT cover these classes. Starts Monday January 7th.

Sculpt & Tone
Zumba – Join the Zumba revolution! This is the hottest exercise craze to hit the country. This program fuses hypnotic latin
rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness class that will blow you away. Enjoy yourself while you
burn calories and energize your body!
Sculpt & Tone - Sculpt & Tone is a full body workout perfect for ANY level of fitness! This class is a total body workout that is meant to help tone and strengthen our upper body, lower body, & core. The program also incorporates restorative exercise while helping you target and tone specific areas of your body. Restorative exercise is meant to make you more aware of how you use your body and the muscles that you are using to do so. Sculpt & Tone is designed to use small movements that can help you strengthen your muscle while also reducing the amount of wear and tear you put on your body. Equipment will be provided, but you may
want to bring a small towel for stretching or your own yoga mat for comfort! See you all there!
Tabata- Tabata protocol is a high intensity training regimen that produces remarkable results. The basis of Tabata Training uses 20 seconds of ultra-intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest repeating continuously for 4 minutes. Tabata is High Intensity Interval Training used to burn fat in a short intense workout.
Pilates - A system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhancemental awareness
Zumba Toning – Zumba Toning takes the original Zumba dance-fitness class to the next level utilizing an innovative muscle
training protocol and the addition of light weight toning sticks or dumbbells. Created to emphasize muscle work along with
rhythms, this combination of cardio and dynamic resistive exercises is an effective use of progressive light weight training to
improve overall performance. Zumba Toning is fun, different, challenging and effective and provides, for the participant, a
new avenue to weighted activity.
STRONG by Zumba - is a High Intensity Interval Training class using more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic, conditioning-style workout. You use your own body weight as resistance to achieve muscle definition. STRONG by Zumba™ is also characterized by a unique system of progression.
Yoga - Yoga is a vast collection of spiritual techniques and practices aimed at integrating mind, body and spirit to achieve a
state of enlightenment or oneness with the universe.
