Camp Palmer

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING AND REGISTER BELOW

We have implemented a new registration system for summer camp 2012.  You will need to create a family account in order to register.  This is not the account you created through the community center previously.  It is a brand new system.  This family account should include all members of your immediate family. Please see instructions below for registration procedure. (Instructions are also on login page)

 

Register for 1 or as many weeks as you like.  

If you need BEFORE care, AFTER care, or BOTH, be sure to select the appropriate link for each week. (Example: Week 07 including Before and After Care)  

When registering for camp please be sure to download and complete the required forms and

fax (610-923-7183), email (camppalmer@rcn.com), or return them to the center promptly. 

Camp Palmer will be utilizing mykidzport.com to keep parents informed about camp.  Once registered for camp you will receive an email from mykidzport.com with a username and password.  This password will NOT be the same as the one you created for your family account.  Please keep both in a safe spot so you do not forget them.  

 

HOW TO CREATE A FAMILY ACCOUNT & REGISTER


1) Once on login page, select "Create Family Account".
2) Enter your information, you must enter at least one parent or guardian to open an account.
3) If adding additional parent(s) or guardian(s) click "Add Parent" and enter their information, otherwise click "Next".
4) Enter your child's information and click "Save Player".
5) Repeat step 4 for entering additional children in your Family Account. Once all children are entered you must register each of them for their activity.


Registration

1) Click "Register" next to the childs name you wish to register.
2) Click "Sign Up" next to the activity they will participate in (Example: Week 01 including before care), then complete and confirm the information on that page.
3) Click "Checkout" and enter payment information.

4)Selecting "Pay in Person " means you will pay at the community center or will complete the

Credit Card Authorization form

5)Click "Place Order" to complete registration.
6) Repeat steps 1 - 3 for EACH child that you are registering for an activity.

Hours & Pricing:

9:00am-4:00pm

Resident: $130/week

Non Resident: $145/week

Week 4:  Res. $105  NR. $120

Payment Information:

Full Balance is due 2 weeks prior to the start of each week:  If payment is not received you forfeit your childs spot for that week.

Extended Care Hours & Pricing:

Morning Care 7:00-9:00am - $25.00/week

After Care 4:00-6:00pm - $25.00/week

 

*weeks 3 & 8 will have an additional $10.00 fee*

Camp Palmer will accept 100 campers per week,
