2012 PALMER FIELD HOCKEY

THIS IS A BRAND NEW SYSTEM AS OF MARCH 2012

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING

AND REGISTER BELOW

You will need to create a family account in order to register for any of our programs. This is not the account you created through the community center previously. It is a brand new system as of March 2012. This family account should include all members of your immediate family. Please see instructions below for registration procedure.

HOW TO CREATE A FAMILY ACCOUNT & REGISTER


1) Once on login page, select "Create Family Account".


2)Enter your information, you must enter at least one parent or guardian to open an account.

3) If adding additional parent(s) or guardian(s) click "Add Parent" and enter their information, otherwise click "Save and Continue".

4)Enter your child's information and click "Save Player".


5) Repeat step 4 for entering additional children in your Family Account. Once all children are entered you must register each of them for their activity.

REGISTRATION

1) You must create a family account in order to register.

2)Click "Register" next to the child or adult you wish to register.


3)Click "Sign Up" next to the activity they will participate in

(Example: Pee Wee Football - 6 year old, Cheerleaders Entering 2nd Grade for Fall 2012),

then complete and confirm the information on that page.

4) You must read and "accept" the policy in order to register.


5) Select your payment type.

6)By selecting "Pay in Person " it means you will pay at the community center -

If you select to pay by "Credit Card" your card WILL be charged in full automatically

7)Click "Place Order" to complete registration.


8)Repeat steps 1 - 3 for EACH child or adult that you are registering for an activity

(Payment can be made in the form of Cash, Check or Charge at CCCC)

(Checks made payable to PALMER TOWNSHIP)
