REGISTRATION POLICY:
*Registration for programs close one week prior to the first class.
*A 20% discount will be granted to additional family members in a specific class.
*Please register early, classes fill up quickly.
*Registration can be done online via credit card or in person at the community center.
*The CCCC reserves the right to cancel any classes or programs due to insufficient enrollment. A refund will be issued in that instance. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of the cancellation date by check.
REFUND POLICY:
*After a person registers for a class, refunds in full are only granted if we cancel the class.
*If the person is registered for a class and completes a refund/credit form, in person at the front desk, at least seven days prior to the first class session, he/she will receive a credit for the cost of the class minus a $10.00 administrative fee.
*Following the same procedure, persons wishing to cancel their class prior to the second week of the session will receive a 50% credit minus a $10.00 administrative fee.
*No refunds are issued after the start of the second week of the session.
*No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstance unless a class is cancelled by the CCCC.
